SES was a winner of one of the coveted spots on its Centers of Excellence (COE) Discovery and Assessment Blanket Purchase Agreement. SES is the only small business awardee in the Infrastructure Optimization track. The GSA COE initiative is offered across the Federal Government to all agencies and sub-agencies with a mission to accelerate IT modernization by leveraging private sector innovation and government services while centralizing best practices and expertise. SES will participate as a member of the Infrastructure Optimization COE focusing on optimizing data centers, reducing infrastructure costs, and transitioning to improved operating models. This contract will allow SES to play a pivotal role at the enterprise level in supporting Federal agencies in their modernization and optimization efforts. This contract award is an exciting step forward for SES as it positions us in an influential advisory role with access to multiple agencies that seek to engage the GSA COE. USDA and HUD were the pilot agencies for the COE model and are in the process of implementing many of the recommendations from the COE teams that supported them.
