Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer at SES Corporation, Suketu is responsible for guiding the company’s overall vision, strategy, and operations. He brings more than two decades of expertise across the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – with particular domain expertise in Health IT and several industry recognition awards for his work on US, Canadian, and UK census programs. Suketu previously served as a Systems Engineering Manager for Lockheed Martin and has held several key management positions on large scale modernization programs for the US Census Bureau, US National Archives, Statistics Canada, and the United Kingdom Office of National Statistics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. |

Chief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer at SES Corporation, Seth is directly responsible for ensuring the successful execution for all programs. He brings nearly two decades of experience managing multiple large-scale system design, development, integration and testing, deployment, and maintenance programs. Seth started his career at Lockheed Martin, where he supported the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Seth has the unique experience of having successfully worked for large and small business and understands the differences each brings and what makes each of them successful. Seth is considered a hands-on Executive, building collaborative, efficient, and committed teams. |

Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer at SES Corporation, Ethan leads the Emerging Technologies and Product Engineering teams at SES and is an advocate for streamlining business and engineering operations through the combined use of IT Service Management, Agile, and DevSecOps frameworks and practices across SES and its customer base. Ethan specializes in designing and supporting complex mission critical systems, services, and platforms for single and multi-tenant environments. As a platform architect and integration engineer, he has supported enterprise class customers in domestic and international markets for the public and private sectors. Ethan is an expert in cost, schedule, and security constrained environments for Federal, financial, and healthcare customers.

Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer at SES Corporation, Matt is responsible for treasury operations, financial strategies, and accounting – as well as management of all program finance, contracts, and subcontracts. Among his areas of expertise are program modeling and forecasting. Matt graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a minor in Computer Science. |

Director of Human Resources As HR Director of SES Corporation, Adrian is responsible for the functional and strategic goals of HR by connecting and supporting employees. His team manages a broad range of functions – including recruiting, performance optimization, resource management, employee wellness, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. As a Human Resources professional, Adrian has supported clients in both the public and private sector and has overseen successful day-to-day company operations. Adrian has an MBA and maintains certifications including the Senior Human Resources Professional and Information Security & Privacy from the Human Resources Certification Institute. |

RICHARD SHEEHE
Vice President of Strategic Communications As Vice President for Strategic Communications at SES Corporation, Richard aligns communications themes and provides support company-wide across media relations, branding, thought leadership, internal communications, training materials, and proposal refinement. He previously served as AVP for Communications at George Washington University; Director of Strategic Communications at the National Academy of Public Administration; and as a successful corporate consultant and technology writer. Before entering PR, Richard covered the White House, Pentagon, and traveled on-assignment as an on-air National Correspondent for NBC News and contributing writer for the New York Times and Associated Press. A domain expert in Strategic Communications, Richard is a Senior Research Fellow in George Mason University’s Department of Communication, and he has advised NIH, DHS, NOAA, CDC and more than ten universities on communications training and curricula. Career-wide, his writing has earned honors for both public relations (CASE and Mercury Awards) and for journalism (AP, RTNDA, NAB). |

Vice President of Growth As Vice President for Growth at SES Corporation, Justin helps drive the engagement of people, process, and technology to build value throughout the entire solutioning life-cycle – from collaborative team formation, through compelling response, and culminating in measurable impact for clients. In nearly 15 years in the Metro DC region, he has won contracts throughout the Civilian, Defense, and IC markets around the globe, and is always excited to speak with new partners and explore innovative solutions. Justin teaches in cybersecurity graduate and undergrad programs in his off-hours. He holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP). He has also served as Board President for the regional non-profit HCDrugFree. |
